Submission Guidelines

- ICAITech 2025 / For Author

Before you proceed, follow the guidelines below.

01.
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
02.
The topic of the paper must be within the specified scope.
03.
The submitted full paper (in A4 paper size) must be written in English.
04.
All papers should meet the IEEE template and the committee reserves the right not to accept and not to proceed with any papers that do not meet this template.
05.

06.
It should provide the objective of the study, the methods, the results, and the discussion.
07.
Make sure the length of your paper is between 4 – 8 pages
08.
Every accepted paper is required to be presented both offline and online to be eligible for publication
09.
Presenters who are unable to attend can play a pre-prepared presentation video, but there must be at least one author available for the Q&A session
10.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements and submitted for indexing by Scopus
11.
Submit the paper via EDAS

The final paper file must meet IEEE's PDF formatting requirements. Hence, the authors' final paper must be checked using PDF eXpress before submitting the final version to EDAS. Visit this link and follow the steps below:

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site. First-time users should do the following:
Select the New Users. Click Here link. Enter the following:
- 66481X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Note: Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
